Gettin' off my High Horse

I just realized that in all my kvetching about the neverending siding (it's still not done), I still haven't finished my Rogue. Well, I finished the knitting months ago, finally blocked the pieces in October, and have yet to sew said pieces together. In other words, I should just shut the hell up about taking forever to finish something and get out the ole tapestry needle and turn the pile of knitted stuff into a garment already. Sheesh! I got the yarn back in March and finished the knitting in April. Last time I checked, sweaters do not need time lying around in pieces to gestate or anything. My mom once told me that if you hate someone, you should look at the reasons. Those reasons will turn out to be things that are true of yourself. I guess the same goes for getting irritated and impatient with people. I certainly don't enjoy the part of me that just can't seem to finish what I start. With that, I'm off to transform pile of knitted stuff into a lovely hooded sweater! I promise.
